Deep Tissue- uses slow, forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, aiming to release chronic tension and knots.
Prenatal- therapeutic massage technique designed to address the specific needs and discomforts of a pregnant woman's body, such as swollen ankles, back pain, and muscle aches.
